Salvaged Earth Designs is a small, sustainable, eco-friendly business located in Winnipeg, Manitoba, the heart of the Canadian Prairies. All art, jewelry and wooden kitchen utensils are made from high-quality salvaged and/or upcycled materials: wood scraps from musical instrument or furniture makers, discarded hardwood pallets, arborist tree removals or prunings… See Salvage Sources for detailed listings. All my wares are individually handmade and one-of-a-kind. No moulds, no conveyor belts, no harmful chemical processes, no mass production or slave labour is used in production. All finishes are non-toxic and biodegradable, and the finish on all wooden utensils is completely food safe and non-allergenic.
